ph365ph Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ph365ph, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph365ph strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under this age. Age verification may be required at any point, and ph365ph reserves the right to request government-issued identification to confirm eligibility.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting are not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ph365ph or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from ph365ph or any related platform for any reason.

ph365ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements, regardless of how long the account has been active. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph365ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph365ph does not accept cryptocurrency or any other digital currency not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal process. ph365ph reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day. ph365ph may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding specified thresholds.

4.4 Own Funds Only

Members may only deposit funds that legally belong to them and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. ph365ph is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Any funds identified as originating from fraudulent or criminal activity will be blocked, and the associated account will be reported and closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by ph365ph are subject to specific terms that are published on the promotions page alongside each offer. These individual promotion terms are incorporated into these general Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ph365ph account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per individual, household, device, or IP address. Members who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through separate accounts or any other method will have the bonus voided and the account reviewed for violation of the one-account policy.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ph365ph monitors account activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Accounts found to be engaging in systematic bonus abuse may have bonus funds forfeited, winnings from those sessions voided, and the account suspended. ph365ph's determination in such matters is final.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any of the following while using ph365ph:

• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or exploit tools to interact with games, promotions, or any other platform feature.
• Colluding with other players in live or multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other stage.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform's backend, databases, or code through any unauthorized means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.

Any confirmed violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities. ph365ph reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for conduct that causes financial or reputational harm to the platform or its members.

7 Game Rules and Results

All games available on ph365ph are governed by the individual rules of each game as published by the respective licensed game provider. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. The results of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independent of the platform. ph365ph does not influence, manipulate, or have the ability to alter game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round may be voided and the wager amount returned to the member's wallet. ph365ph is not liable for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the member's end.

For sports and esports betting, all settled bets are final once the relevant event result is confirmed. Requests to void or alter settled bets will only be considered in cases of clear platform error, at ph365ph's sole discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming

ph365ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow members to manage their gaming activity in a healthy and sustainable way. The following self-management tools are available to all members through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict access to your account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ph365ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any remaining verified account balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed. Balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ph365ph support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses at the time of voluntary closure will result in those bonuses being forfeited.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph365ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, images, and software, is the property of ph365ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit copying, modifying, distributing, reproducing, or creating derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from ph365ph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph365ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. ph365ph's total aggregate liability to any member for direct damages in any calendar year shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member to their ph365ph account during that same calendar year.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph365ph makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and security at all times.

12 Privacy

ph365ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. ph365ph will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it with service providers and regulatory bodies where strictly necessary for platform operations or legal compliance.

13 Changes to These Terms

ph365ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
